Terms of service

Every project starts from a fixed written quote. The quote states the scope, the price and the timeline, and it is the document that governs the work. Nothing in these notes overrides what your quote says.

Payment is 50% of the quoted price to start the build and 50% at completion, before the site goes live. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is sent.

On completion you own the site: the domain sits in your own registrar account, the content is yours, and you receive the logins. The optional monthly care plan covers hosting, your domain, security updates and support, and you can cancel it with one month's notice.

Change requests within the quoted scope are included. Work beyond the quoted scope is quoted separately before it starts, never invoiced by surprise.

We build the structures that support your compliance obligations, such as material information fields on listings. Meeting those obligations remains your responsibility, and nothing we deliver is legal advice.
