Privacy policy

When you use the quote form we collect what you type into it: your name, email, company, phone if you give it, and the details of your project. We use that to reply to you and to prepare your quote. That processing rests on legitimate interest: you asked us a question and we are answering it.

If you tick the marketing box we will occasionally email you notes on property websites. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate and permanent. We never send marketing to people who did not opt in.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone, and we keep enquiry details only as long as a working relationship or a live conversation justifies. Our contact form is delivered by an email service provider acting as our processor.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected] and it will be done within a month, usually much faster. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk if you think we have handled your data badly.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we use privacy-respecting analytics, they run without cookies and without identifying you.
